Ritesh Khosla is the Deputy General Counsel and Head of Standards and Practices at Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited (SPNI). He holds close to two decades of diverse work experience across the whole gamut of media & entertainment industry with a sharp focus on content production, content exploitation, broadcasting, distribution, digital, new media, technology, etc. He has been a part of the journey of development of content compliances in media industry in the last one decade and implementation thereof at SPNI after a healthy debate in the industry forums and with industry colleagues.
Ritesh is on the Committee on Intellectual Property at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He represents SPNI in the industry forums like IAMAI and FICCI. He has also served as Lead & Practice faculty for SP Jain Management Institute and Times Learning Centre’s PSMEM (Programme in Strategic Media & Entertainment Management) for working executives.
Ritesh has done his graduation in commerce and holds Masters in Law (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property from the University of Manchester.
