Rahul is a qualified Chartered Accountant heading the Accounts & HR departments of IBDF since 2017. Prior to joining IBDF, Rahul has worked as a consultant risk advisory with an risk advisory company, Felix Advisory Pvt. Ltd. for a period of two years, during which he was responsible for improving the processes of various companies including revenue reconciliation, compliance review, contract management, IFC testing etc.
His expertise spans the entire finance function - including budgeting, MIS, statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS), audits, and accounts, which he seamlessly integrates with core HR responsibilities. These include end-to-end payroll management, HR statutory compliance (PF, ESI, labour laws), talent acquisition and onboarding support, performance management, policy formulation, attendance/employee record management, and the employee lifecycle management.
