Amit Dhiman

With nearly 25 years of experience behind him across Power, Telecom, Aviation and Media sectors, Amit is the playmaker behind all IBDF mainstream activities viz. Regulatory Affairs, Credit & Collections, and other Board initiatives. Skilled in cross-functional engagement and collaboration, Amit is a  result-oriented Management Graduate with specialization in Strategy, Finance & Marketing. He is proficient in employing analytical techniques for sound decision-making & possesses a natural flair for research encompassing primary & secondary channels. His KRAs include:

• Working closely with the Leadership and key internal stakeholders on critical industry matters
• Chalk out agendas for the BOD and various Committees
• Liaising with Government and other Industry Bodies on critical matters
• Providing detail-oriented paralegal support and engaging with empanelled Law Firms/Consultants on Legal, Regulatory and Statutory matters
• Planning, strategizing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of different verticals
• Vendor negotiations/engagement and MIS

Before joining IBDF, Amit had worked as a Sales Coordinator in Prime Aerospace Pte Ltd. He also served as the Commercial Executive –Tendering & Project Divisions in RPG Cellular, RPG Transmission/KEC International. He has done internships with Indogulf Fertilizers and Powergrid. Amit is also trained professional in IT Infrastructure Management (Axelos, UK) and Software Programming & IT Networking Solutions – (WinTECH). He is also a Certified Systems Engineer.
